DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES OF CURRENT POSITION:

Business Administrator, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator including contract document preparation.

OVERVIEW:

Ms. Chamberlain is the principal-in-charge of administration for ART. She is the coordinator of projects; oversee all document preparation, i.e., evaluation reports, construction documents, specifications, pre-bid meetings, pre-construction meetings, inspection reports and all correspondence.

Ms. Chamberlain’s previous position was Executive Vice President of BRI Roofing and Waterproofing, Inc. A contracting firm that specialized in commercial roofing and waterproofing. Her responsibilities were to coordinate schedules of work being performed from start to finish including job documentation and client follow-up. She assisted in preparations of specifications, evaluation reports and construction documents.

As a Vice President for AMI Properties and Holdings, Ms. Chamberlain was responsible for managing 360 properties, which included financial planning encompassing capital and expense budgeting. She selected and coordinated contractors for the maintenance and/or capital improvement expenditures based on the facilities’ needs and requirements.
